Learning + Earning Double With Box Tops

Happy Friday, everyone! I still can't believe we are in August. Addi's birthday is 8 days away!! And like I have mentioned before she starts school at the end of this month! We are so excited she is starting Kindergarten. After searching for some schools nearby, we were told which school was in our area and got her registered.

School has been one of those things that is very important to me, and I want to make sure that it is important to Addi as well. From a young age, I want her to know that school is fun and she can benefit a lot from it. It is crazy to know that not very many kids that are Addis age are able to attend school. Some kids can't go because their parents cant afford a tuition or because they cant get the supplies they need.

I know I wouldn't want Addi to feel left out. Or while in school, I wouldn't want her to not have the right tools to get the right education. I want the best for her and I will do anything I can to help her and other kids alike. I know a way that YOU can help too! With Box Tops for education. What is box tops you ask? Have you been to your local grocery, like Walmart and bought something lately..? Chances are you probably have, which means you are half way there. Box tops are in many different food options like, cereal boxes and snacks.

It is so easy and a lot of times you don't even realize that you are already buying products and food that can help. Since they are going to be on a lot of the food items that you usually buy. Box Tops can add up so quickly, specially with Walmart's  5-for-1 deal. Going to the grocery store and buying some back to school food with box top labels can help out so much and everyone wins.

If you think, well what exact are box tops doing to help out your local school? Well, box tops is helping schools out by earning cash so that schools can buy things they need like school supplies, technology, and science gadgets. All which are important so that OUR kids are getting the tools they need to learn.

Addi loves coming home from the grocery store and helping me clip and cut the little box top  squares on all the general mills items that we got. I put them in a little zip lock bag and she can take them to her teacher so that her school can start collecting them. With the 5-for-1 deal with General Mills at Walmart you can earn your school so much more. Every Box Tops you send in, your child's school earns $.10 + 5, So that is a total of $.50! So what are you waiting for? Head to your local Walmart and purchase participating General Mills items and get clipping!

XO, Rachel
